Terms of Use

Plain-language terms for using this independent review site. Read once, save the link, return when a question arises.

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern your access to CryptoCasinoHouse and every subdomain we publish. By loading any page on this site you accept the version current at that moment. We may revise the terms; material revisions appear with a 30-day notice banner on the home page and on this page itself. The first stable version of these terms went live in 2023; the current revision is the 7th, dated May 22, 2026.

If you disagree with anything below, the simplest remedy is to close the tab. There is no account to delete, no subscription to cancel, and no clawback of access. You can return at any future date when the terms have changed in a direction you accept.

2. Who we are and what we do

We are an independent review publication staffed by 4 full-time editors and 11 contributing analysts. We do not operate any gambling product, hold any gambling license, custody any player funds, or accept deposits. We publish reviews, comparisons, and educational explainers about crypto casinos and sportsbooks, then earn revenue via affiliate links when readers choose to sign up at a recommended operator. The complete editorial structure is on the about page.

3. Eligibility and minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. In jurisdictions where the minimum gambling age is higher, the local requirement applies; this includes 21 in 27 US states, Greece, and a handful of other locations. By accessing the site you confirm you meet the legal minimum in your jurisdiction. The age gate stores its answer in a cookie named cc_age_18 for 365 days; clearing cookies will re-prompt you.

Minors who reach our domain by accident should close the tab immediately. Parents and guardians can use FamiSafe, Qustodio, or BetBlocker to prevent access on shared devices.

4. Content accuracy and editorial disclaimer

We work hard on accuracy. Every review goes through 3 editorial passes and is rechecked every 90 days. Even so, the casino industry changes faster than we can publish. A casino can revise its terms, geo-block a country, change ownership, or close down between our review and your visit. Always verify the current terms on the casino's official site before depositing or signing up.

Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, or gambling advice. Our editors are journalists and analysts, not licensed professionals. If you need professional advice, consult a qualified practitioner in your jurisdiction.

4.1 Information for educational purposes

Strategy explainers, RTP discussions, variance examples, and bonus arithmetic are educational content. They show how a system works mathematically; they are not a recommendation to play, and they are not a promise of outcomes. Gambling outcomes are random by design and house edge guarantees long-term losses for the average player.

4.2 No warranty for casino availability

We make no warranty that any casino listed on this site will remain operational, will pay your winnings, will accept your jurisdiction, or will honor any bonus you claim. Operators routinely tighten geo restrictions, raise wagering requirements, or revoke promotional offers. We update our pages within 7 days of a verified material change, but we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.

5. Permitted use of the site

You may read, print, bookmark, and share our pages with others for non-commercial purposes. You may quote up to 100 words with attribution and a working link back to the source URL. Anything beyond that requires written permission.

5.1 Prohibited use

  • Scraping, crawling, or systematic harvesting of content without our written consent
  • Re-publishing substantial portions, even with attribution, on any website or social channel
  • Training commercial machine-learning models on our text or data without a license
  • Bot traffic, click fraud, or any automated activity that distorts our analytics or referrals
  • Reverse engineering the site, probing for vulnerabilities, or attempting to access non-public files
  • Impersonating editors or fabricating quotes attributed to the site
  • Using affiliate links from this site through cashback, voucher, or coupon resellers without disclosure

5.2 Acceptable automated access

Search engines (Googlebot, Bingbot, DuckDuckBot, Brave Search, Mojeek), accessibility tools, and personal read-it-later services are welcome. Our robots.txt documents the rules. Researchers who need bulk access for academic purposes can write to us and we usually approve within 5 business days.

6. Affiliate links and commercial relationships

This site is supported by affiliate commissions. When you click a "Visit Casino" button and sign up at the destination, we may receive a commission. The full mechanics are explained in our affiliate disclosure. The short version: every outbound casino link is wrapped through our /go/ redirector, carries the rel="nofollow noopener sponsored" attributes, and is excluded from search-engine indexing. Commissions do not change our scoring; the blacklist of 7 operators we publicly refuse to promote is the strongest evidence.

7. Third-party links and content

We link to casinos, regulators, complaint services, helplines, news outlets, and academic studies. When you leave our site, the destination's own terms apply. We are not responsible for the content, security, or commercial practices of third-party sites. If you find a broken or harmful outbound link, write to us and we will fix or remove it within 48 hours.

8. Geographic restrictions

Crypto gambling is illegal or restricted in roughly 30 jurisdictions including the United States (most states), the United Kingdom (cryptocurrency restrictions under UKGC), France, Germany (under most state licenses), Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and others. We block casino offers from displaying to readers in the restricted regions we can identify. If you access the site from a restricted region, you do so at your own risk and you accept full responsibility for compliance with local law.

Curacao remains the most permissive licensing jurisdiction; you can read its current framework on the Curacao Gaming Control Board site. Malta operates under the MGA framework which is stricter on player protection.

9. Affiliate link disclosure (FTC and equivalents)

Because we earn commissions, the United States Federal Trade Commission requires us to disclose the relationship in a clear and conspicuous manner. We do so in 4 places: the affiliate disclosure page, the footer disclaimer on every page, the in-line label next to "Visit Casino" buttons, and in the rel attribute of every outbound link. UK regulators (CMA), EU regulators (UCPD), and Australian regulators (ACCC) apply equivalent rules; our disclosure pattern satisfies all four.

10. Intellectual property and DMCA

All original text, scoring tables, custom illustrations, and the brand mark are our property or used under license. Public logos and screenshots of casinos appear under fair use for review purposes. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a Digital Millennium Copyright Act notice that includes: a physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material with URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized agent. We respond to valid DMCA notices within 10 business days. Counter-notices follow the standard 14-day reinstatement window.

11. Liability disclaimer

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for:

  • Losses you incur at any casino, fiat or crypto
  • Errors, omissions, or stale data in any review or comparison
  • Loss of access to a casino caused by KYC, geo-block, or bonus dispute
  • Crypto market volatility affecting deposits or withdrawals
  • Loss or compromise of your wallet, seed phrase, or private keys
  • Any third-party site's actions, omissions, or terms of service

Our aggregate liability for any claim, if liability is established despite the disclaimers above, is capped at 100 US dollars or the equivalent in your currency.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your use of the site in a way that harms a third party.

13. Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, first contact us via the contact page; we resolve roughly 92% of complaints within 14 days through direct dialogue. If we cannot reach an agreement, the next step is mediation; we propose a 30-day mediation window via a mutually selected service. If mediation fails, disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant regional arbitration body, with venue in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business.

13.1 Disputes with a casino, not with us

We do not resolve disputes between players and casinos because we lack standing and access to the operator's records. For casino disputes, contact the casino directly first. If unresolved within 30 days, escalate to AskGamblers Complaint Service (102,000+ complaints processed), Casino.Guru, or the casino's licensing authority. We can help you find the right contact channel but cannot represent you.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. If you are an EU consumer, you retain the protections of Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 and the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive regardless of choice of law.

15. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force, and the unenforceable provision is reformed to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, regulatory action, payment processor failure, or natural disasters affecting our hosting providers.

17. Frequently asked questions

17.1 Can I republish a review on my own site?

You can quote up to 100 words with attribution and a link. For larger excerpts or full syndication, write to us with details of the destination, audience size, and intended use. We license content to legitimate publishers on case-by-case terms.

17.2 Why does the site behave differently in my country?

Edge-level geo-filtering hides offers in restricted jurisdictions. Editorial content remains visible everywhere; only the affiliate buttons change. See section 8 above for the legal basis.

17.3 Are your reviews paid placements?

No. We do not accept payment to add a casino to a list, to remove a negative finding, or to delay a re-review. The affiliate disclosure explains our 4 commitment list. The blacklist of operators we refuse to promote is the strongest proof.

17.4 What if a casino on your site mistreats me?

Open a formal complaint via AskGamblers or Casino.Guru as described in section 13.1, then write to us with the complaint reference. If 3 readers report the same pattern within 60 days, we open an internal investigation and may move the operator to the blacklist.

17.5 Where can I find the methodology you use?

The 25-step scoring methodology is published in full at /methodology with weights, sources, and the data we collect for each criterion. The data points come from independent labs such as iTechLabs for RNG certification.

18. Related pages

For the full trust framework, pair these terms with our privacy policy covering GDPR and CCPA rights, our affiliate disclosure documenting commission structure and editorial firewall, our responsible gambling resource hub with 11 country-specific helplines, our published 25-step scoring methodology with full weights and sources, our public blacklist of 7 operators currently refused, and the about page describing the editorial team and the editorial standards we apply to every review.

19. Updates and contact

This page is reviewed twice a year, in January and July, by our editorial counsel together with the senior editor. Material updates are posted with a notice banner for 30 days; minor edits such as typo fixes or formatting are logged in our internal version history without a banner. Editorial questions, partnership requests, and legal correspondence all go through the contact form. We confirm receipt within 48 hours and respond substantively within 7 business days. For urgent legal notices such as DMCA takedowns, mark the subject line "Urgent legal" and we triage within 4 business hours.
